How We Work — From First Call to Final Walkthrough

Most homeowners only buy a roof once or twice in their life, so the process can feel intimidating. Here’s exactly what working with us looks like — no surprises, no high-pressure sales pitches at your kitchen table.
Free roof inspection. We climb the roof, take photos, and send you a written assessment within 24 hours. Free, no obligation, even if you don’t end up hiring us.
Honest recommendation. If a repair will get you another five years, we’ll say so. If your roof is past saving, we’ll show you the photos and explain why.
Insurance & estimate. If hail or storm damage is involved, we sit down with your adjuster on-site so nothing gets missed in the claim. You get a clear, line-item estimate before any work starts.
Installation. Most asphalt shingle replacements wrap in 1–2 days. We tarp, protect landscaping, and clean up before we leave each evening.
Final walkthrough & warranty paperwork. Tony or one of our project managers walks the property with you, hands over the manufacturer warranty plus our workmanship warranty, and runs a magnet through the yard one last time for stray nails.
