Great communication and always quick to reply or accommodate if needed. I initially chose them because they were willing to be flexible to accommodate our needs. We opted to stay in the home while the work was ongoing. They are great at making suggestions if needed and helping steer in the right direction. We replaced the flooring in the home with engineered hardwood, we tore out and redid the primary and a guest bathroom. They repainted a few rooms for us and tackled a few smaller things while they were here. All of the crews they bring in were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves for the most part. Tony has done an outstanding job for me over the years. I’ve replaced roofs on two different homes, three times each, for a total of six full roof replacements because of the crazy hailstorms we experience in McKinney. Every time, Tony made the whole process really hands off for me. He walked me through the insurance side, met the insurance adjuster on site, and handled everything smoothly from start to finish. He also pointed out damage that a lot of roofers would probably miss, like gutters and window screens damaged by hail, and made sure those were brought up to the adjuster. Beyond roofing, he also handled full exterior sealing and painting on my rental (pictured) at a very fair price, and the work turned out great! If you want someone who knows what they’re doing, communicates clearly, and actually looks out for you, I highly recommend Tony!
